How long does it take for a design to be completed?
The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a project is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

What does it cost?
The cost varies, depending upon the type of project you require. Obviously each project has to be treated on it's individual requirements. After the completion of a project we are available for after sales service. We always take your budget into account.

I've seen sites advertised for free or less than a hundred dollars.
Why should I pay for something I could get free?
Sites that are available for free, or very low cost, tend to be designed with a cookie-cutter type template-- in other words, one size fits all. There is limited flexibility with style, colors, and format. POLARIS CS creates sites from scratch, working closely with the customer to develop an aesthetically pleasing and functional web presence. Your unique web site results in an improved web presence and marketing tool.

Are you available 24/7?
No, we tend to be available from 9am - 7pm during weekdays. You can always try to call us during the weekend.We are also not always available during the day, our job demands attending activities outside the office. Pls send a mail to office@polariscs.com or mobile text message if it's urgent. An immediate reply is guaranteed.

What about last minute jobs ?
Panic ? No need to. We try to accomodate you with our services as soon as possible, but we cannot always guarantee a direct answer. Pls take our schedule into account.

When should I pay my invoice ?
We friendly ask you to fulfill your financial obligations 8 days following the date in which the invoice is dated. Your contact can help you set up our long-term project-agreement to fulfill your obligation for projects covering an extended period of time.
