	Gys Godderis founder | managing director The concept of Polaris Creative Solutions was founded by Gys Godderis (°1976). In the early years the company was first named HDP, and on a later date Xinix. Together with David Defour he upgraded the company to Polaris (without baseline) in 2001 as a creative agency, while working at GGVD (Bruges). It is his responsibility to align the company, internally and externally, with his strategic vision. He is also in charge of the daily organisation, digital/graphic design & sales/marketing.
	Ellen Van Effeltaire account director Ellen (°1977) joined Polaris CS in 2008 after a turbulent reorganisation of the company. Ellen and Gys met at the Blue Note Records festival (Gent Jazz) as a member of the production team and the stayed together till now. She is responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting , third parties and staff.
	Tomas Bossuyt art director Tomas (°1975) and Gys go way back, knowing each other from their studies in Ghent, Belgium. He left in 2001 for Prague (CZ) for a year, working for NAJBRT, then joined Lannoo, a famous design and editing compagny in Belgium and enforced Polaris a few years later. He is specialized in graphic design & corporate identity and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company and for operations management .
